Made-to-Order Furniture
Nothing in the Cria catalogue is stock. Every order is manufactured after it is placed, which is what makes changing a product’ dimensions a normal request rather than an exception.
Dimensions you specify
Length, height, seat depth and seat height can all be adjusted to suit the space. Straight runs, corners, returns and more complex configurations can be accommodated.
For projects requiring a completely custom solution, our estimating team will work with you to review the details.
Changing a catalogue product
Custom dimensions can be requested for upholstered products in our catalog. Changing an upholstered product’ standard dimensions requires additional design and engineering, so additional costs will apply.
Each request is reviewed by our estimating team and priced based on the scope of the modification. Fully custom upholstered designs are also available upon request.
Configure it before you order
Cria Layout lets you start from one of our preconfigured layouts or build your own configuration from scratch, then select from thousands of real-world materials in our Material Library.
Photorealistic renders let you see the finished furniture before it is quoted or manufactured. What you configure in Cria Layout is what gets manufactured.
Lead times and warranty
Lead times generally run 3 to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the order, the materials specified and your location. A firm lead time is confirmed once the order is placed and the specified materials are confirmed available.
Every piece carries a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. Specific terms are provided at the time of purchase.
There is no minimum order. Some materials carry vendor minimums of their own, and we flag those before an order is submitted.
