Freight and Installation

Delivery is arranged by Cria rather than left to you to coordinate. How an order ships, what installation covers for freestanding and built-in products, and how changes are handled once an order is placed.

Freight

Cria coordinates LTL and full truckload freight based on the size of the order, destination, and delivery requirements. White-glove delivery is also available for qualifying projects in Southern California.

Installation

Installation services are available throughout San Diego and Los Angeles Counties. Requests outside these areas are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before specifying so we can confirm what services are available for your project location.

Freestanding furniture installation

Full installation for freestanding furniture includes unpacking each piece, placing the furniture in its designated location according to the specified layout, and removing all packaging materials and related debris from the site.

Built-in seating and millwork installation

Installation for built-in seating and millwork includes positioning and joining components, leveling the product, scribing finished surfaces to fit adjoining walls and floors, and fastening the product to the surrounding surfaces as required. This creates a clean, integrated installation with minimal visible gaps.

Built-in installation is more labor-intensive and typically requires significantly more time than installing freestanding furniture. Pricing is based on the project scope, site conditions, and installation requirements.

Lead times and warranty

Lead times generally run 3 to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the order, the materials specified and your location. A firm lead time is confirmed once the order is placed and the specified materials are confirmed available.

Every piece carries a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. Specific terms are provided at the time of purchase.

There is no minimum order. Some materials carry vendor minimums of their own, and we flag those before an order is submitted.

Changes and cancellations

Orders can be modified before they enter production. Changes requested after manufacturing has begun may still be possible, but additional costs will apply.

All sales become final once materials have been ordered and production has begun. If a cancellation is approved before that point, the cost of work already completed will be deducted from the deposit.
